Therapy saddle

The therapy saddle is attached to the horse using a vaulting or therapy girth (not included). This girth is held in position by a guide that attaches to the top felt layer with Velcro, allowing it to be fitted to the horse and girth. The felt layer above allows the leg to slide easily over the girth. The patient has a completely secure hold while also learning to sit in a riding position. Because this saddle must be precisely tailored to the needs of the rider, horse, and therapist, we are happy to provide comprehensive advice before you place an order. Optional Velcro girth straps are available so the saddle can be used without the therapy girth. This allows the saddle to be used as both a therapy and a regular riding saddle. With the optional child safety strap, it can also be used by people who don't need a therapy girth but still require secure support. Available from €619 in all colors in the standard size – which is always 5 cm longer than the standard model to accommodate the therapy girth. This also applies to the slightly less expensive pony sizes. The therapy saddles are also available as a comfort model with additional Comfort Plus.
